If you would like to hire us to provide photography services for you then the following procedure applies; You complete the booking form on our website. Upon receipt of the enquiry form, duly completed, we will reply to you as soon as is practicable with an estimate for the provision of the Services (“the Estimate”) which will contain both the estimated fee for the provision of the Services (“the Payment”) and a brief description of the Services. This is not a binding offer by us to supply the Services.If you accept the Estimate, you must then email us and make the Initial Deposit Payment described in the Estimate.Once we receive the confirmatory email and the Initial Deposit Payment, we may email you to confirm that we will provide the Services. No contract shall be deemed to exist between us until that time.No variation to the agreed Services shall be permitted thereafter unless we expressly agree in writing to such variation.
